We have all rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Smith center.

Tess Stewart has all the contract with PSU and venue information — tesss@us.ibm.com
Rene' Remillard - is the PSU contact from the CS department. Rene has been helping with all the venue coordination and contracts — rene@cs.pdx.edu
Sri Ramkrishna is our IT Lead for the conference. He is working with PSU to make sure all of our AV, wireless and other technical needs are met (Sri has all contacts and info) — sriram.ramkrishna@gmail.com
