IT Infrastructure

This is the work that we are doing for the IT infrastructure. The two big ones are the session recording including Linus's tutorial and the smaller keynotes. The other one is the invited keynote over video conferencing.

Brandon says:

I was cleaning out my office and found some notes from our 2008 wrap-up meeting about things we want to do with registration this year. Posting them here for discussion/archive.

1. Make the registration list public so people know who is coming
   • This will require we notify registrants that their attendance will be public information
   • Need to check with LF to see if they can make this information available to us via RSS
2. Automatically add people who register to announce mailing list (we did it manually last year)
3. Announce registration information (numbers, people) actively as deadlines near.
